What to do before the first use of your Melitta Caffeo Solo

You have just acquired your Melitta Caffeo Solo machine and are wondering about the steps to follow before using your new acquisition.

These are the steps for the initial setup:

Before the first use, you need to purge the machine. To do this, you should turn on the machine without the "Melitta Claris" water filter and with a fully filled water tank.

1. Place a container under the coffee spout.

                                                     

2. Press the power button to turn on the machine.

3. The "filter" symbol on the display will illuminate.

 

4. Press the coffee intensity button.

    

5. The machine is ready for operation when the "coffee beans" icon lights up on the display. 

 

6. If applicable, install the Melitta Claris water filter.
