How to clean a Jura A1 ?

The cleaning program takes about 15 minutes but it will only take a few minutes of your time: the machine cleans itself.
Javry recommends the use of Jura or Solute detergent tablets to clean your machine. The use of other products could damage your machine.
It is important not to interrupt the cleaning program once it has started, as this could render the machine unusable.
The written guide
When the cleaning symbol lights up :
- Press the symbol for about two seconds.
- The coffee grounds container symbol lights up: Empty the drip tray and the coffee grounds container.
- Put it back in place.
- The cleaning symbol lights up.
- Place a container under the coffee spout.
- Press the cleaning symbol again for two seconds.
- The cleaning symbol flashes: water flows out of the coffee spout.
- When the operation stops, the ground coffee symbol lights up.
- Open the lid of the ground coffee funnel and add a Jura or Solute cleaning tablet.
- Close the lid.
- The cleaning symbol lights up.
- Press the cleaning symbol.
- The cleaning symbol flashes again and water flows out of the coffee spout several times.
- The operation stops automatically.
- The coffee grounds container symbol lights up.
- Empty the drip tray and the coffee grounds container.
- Replace it all.
- The coffee preparation symbols flash: the machine is heating up.
- Congratulations: your machine is clean!
