So, you’re the proud owner of a YUNIO X50 coffee machine? Congratulations!

Here’s how to maintain it properly!

Daily maintenance

Empty the coffee grounds container and the wastewater tray, and rinse them with warm water.

Wipe the dispensing area with a soft, clean, damp cloth (microfiber).

Regular maintenance

Run a brew group cleaning cycle using a cleaning tablet (500228) – 15 min

1. Press the top left of the screen
2. Select “Coffee cleaning”
3. An overview of the cycle is displayed, press OK
4. Empty the coffee grounds container and the wastewater tray, put them back in place, and place a 500 ml container under the outlet
5. Water flows (3 min) then stops, “Add tablet” appears
6. Open the flap in front of the bean hopper, insert a cleaning tablet, close it and press OK
7. Water flows intermittently, duration 10 min
8. “Empty drip tray” appears, empty the coffee grounds container and the wastewater tray, then put them back in place
9. Cleaning completed
   
   
   

Milk circuit maintenance

Finally, once a month, perform a cleaning of the brew group. To do so, carefully follow the step-by-step instructions illustrated in the guide on page 50. Monthly maintenance will help ensure the quality of your beverages and the proper functioning of the machine.

If milk is used, it is essential to run a cleaning cycle with detergent at the end of each day!

1. Press , then select “Milk cleaning”
2. An overview of the cycle is displayed, press OK
3. In a container with 400 ml of water, add one dose of detergent and immerse the milk tube in it > OK
4. Once the cleaning is completed, place 400 ml of clean water in the same container > OK
