How to edit the content of my subscription ? (coffee, cleaning products, grinding)

The desires of your staff and the needs of your business can change on a daily basis. Do you want to change your coffee? Do you want to switch from capsules to beans? This article will enlighten you!


  • Would you like to change your coffee (type of coffee, grind, etc.)?

Go to the subscription section of your account. Select ‘Add or remove products’. 

This will take you to the e-shop section of our site. Click on ‘Subscription’ in the navigation bar. 

Click on ‘Remove’ under the coffee you wish to remove from your subscription.

If you only had one coffee in your subscription, your basket is now empty. All you have to do now is visit our online shop again and select a new coffee to replace the one you've just removed!

  • Would you like to increase or decrease the quantity of coffee in your subscription?

You can either change only one future delivery, or change your subscription in general (and therefore all future deliveries).

  • Would you like to add cleaning products?

This article shows you two ways of receiving cleaning products (cleaning tablets, filters, etc.). 

  • Do you want to permanently remove a type of coffee that you don't like?

Just contact us! All you need to do is send us an e-mail and the coffee you don't want will be removed from your subscription.
